Warrah is excited to share that we have received two national honours in the 2026 Xref Engage Awards, the Change Champion Award and the Best Workplace Award.
The awards recognise organisations that are creating positive workplace cultures, supporting their teams well, and actively listening to employee feedback.
The Change Champion Award celebrates organisations that have made significant improvements in employee engagement and workplace practices over time. Warrah achieved a 6% improvement in survey results between the two most recent engagement surveys, placing the organisation among the top-performing change achievers recognised by Xref this year.
Warrah also received the Best Workplace Award after achieving an average staff satisfaction score of 80%, a result only achieved by a small percentage of organisations nationally.
CEO Delia Gray said the recognition reflects the incredible people behind Warrah. “These awards are really about our staff and the culture they create every day,” Delia said.
“At Warrah, people genuinely care about one another. There’s a strong sense of connection across our teams and a shared commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support. We work hard to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and able to grow.”
Delia said the Warrah remains focused on continuing to strengthen workplace culture and staff wellbeing across all areas.
“We know that engaged and supported staff create better outcomes for everyone. It’s wonderful to see the feedback from our team reflected in these awards, and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved together.”
Only 5–10% of organisations surveyed through Xref Engage receive award recognition each year, making the achievement particularly significant.
Warrah congratulates all organisations recognised in the 2026 awards and is proud of the positive culture and supportive environment that continues to grow across the organisation.
