LEEP
Lived Experience Expert Panel
Our LEEP
Warrah’s Lived Experience Expert Panel (LEEP) brings together people who use our services and family members who know them best, to help shape the future of Warrah. The panel provides an opportunity for people with lived experience to share their perspectives, raise ideas and make recommendations directly to Warrah’s Executive and Board. By listening to the people who know our services best, LEEP helps us understand what matters to our community and how we can continue to improve our services, now and into the future.
The purpose, structure and processes of the LEEP are outlined in full in the LEEP Terms of Reference.
Meet our LEEP members

Emma Dale
Emma is the advocate for her brother Simon, who has called Warrah home and been at the centre of his community for more than 40 years, living there, attending the day program, and previously attending the school. Her professional background spans nonprofits and commercial property, and she now works as a consultant with mission-driven organisations. Emma is on the panel to help Warrah and its community of families be their best, remain people-centred and ensure every voice is heard.

Phillipa Tyldsley

She has always been a strong advocate for her daughters and understands the importance of clear communication between participants, families and the organisations that support them. Through her role on LEEP, Phillipa hopes to strengthen the voices of participants and families, ensuring their needs and expectations are heard and considered in shaping Warrah’s future directions.
