Refund Policy

Warrah Society is grateful for the generosity of our supporters and takes care to ensure all donations are processed accurately and securely.

Donations made to Warrah Society are generally non-refundable. Before submitting a donation, donors are encouraged to carefully review the donation amount and details entered.

If you believe that an error has been made in relation to your donation, please contact Warrah Society as soon as possible. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved where Warrah Society is satisfied that:

An incorrect donation amount was processed.
A duplicate donation was made in error.
A donation was processed without the account holder’s authorisation.
An administrative or technical error occurred.

Refund requests should be made within 30 days of the donation being processed.

Warrah Society may request information reasonably necessary to verify the donation and the identity of the donor before processing a refund.

Where a refund is approved, the funds will be returned using the original payment method wherever possible.

Donors may cancel future recurring donations at any time by contacting Warrah Society or through the payment platform used to make the donation.
