Teacher’s Assistant – Part time or Full Time

Warrah is seeking a Teacher’s Assistant to join our team at Warrah Specialist School. We offer a caring, energetic and supportive community that provides quality and individualised education for students with intellectual disabilities.  

We seek a Teacher’s Assistant who aligns with our Rudolf Steiner philosophy and is committed to supporting our teachers in the delivery of individual education plans to our students.   Our curriculum is based around an outdoor learning environment and academic learning is fostered through a range of traditional arts and crafts, including woodwork, weaving, music and drama; and other programs including cooking, gardening and farming. 

While qualifications in educational support and experience in specialist education are desirable, they are not essential.  Passion, energy and commitment to bringing Waldorf education to our students is equally important.
