Delia Gray
Chief Executive Officer
Delia joined Warrah as CEO in January 2023. Delia brings to Warrah her diverse experience across the disability, rehabilitation, and aged care sectors. She started her career as an Occupational Therapist working in Australia, England, and Ireland. Returning to Australia she has worked in senior management roles, as Director of Allied Health and as General Manager in public, private, and government sectors. Delia also has experience on the School Council for a school that focused on supporting young people to complete their education with a trade and apprenticeships. Delia has a proven track record of strategic development and helping organisations reach their long-term goals. She is passionate about supporting and encouraging people to realise their full potential.

Alida Pruys
Executive Manager - Community Services
Alida has a long association with Warrah and early in her career worked as a residential support worker in Warrah’s group homes. Returning to Warrah in 2015 she established and coordinated the Discovery program before becoming a member of Warrah’s management team. Alida has over 20 years experience in the disability sector, predominantly working in case management and leadership roles in organisations inspired by Anthroposophy. She has undertaken training in Social Therapy and holds Disability and Management qualifications. Alida is a committed and passionate advocate for the rights of people with a disability.

Dr Dawn Grant-Skiba
School Principal and Executive Manager
Dawn joined Warrah’s executive leadership team in Term 3, 2025, as School Principal, following 18 months as Assistant Principal. She brings extensive experience in both mainstream and specialist education across Australia and internationally. Passionate about inclusive education, Dawn is deeply committed to supporting students with disabilities. At Warrah, she upholds the values of Steiner education, ensuring they are woven into all aspects of teaching and learning, shaping not just what is taught, but how it is experienced. Dawn believes every child can thrive with the right support and works to ensure they are equipped to participate meaningfully in life and community, regardless of the nature or degree of their disability.

Joanne Hain
Executive Manager - People and Culture
Joanne joined Warrah in June 2024. As a seasoned HR leader, Joanne brings extensive experience in overseeing and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, gained within member centric and values-based organisations, with specialist experience in recruitment, employee engagement and employee relations. Joanne has a warm interpersonal style and is accustomed to working collaboratively with people at all levels of the organisation, implementing new and improved ways of working and partnering with leaders to help their people perform at their best. She also has a special interest in shaping workplace culture, enhancing the employee experience and uplifting capabilities, which will contribute positively to Warrah’s continued success.

Kathryn Bannister
Executive Manager - Disability Services
Kathryn joined Warrah in 2023 in the position of Executive Manager, Disability Services. Kathryn brings 15 years’ experience in the not for profit sector across various roles in service delivery, senior leadership, organisational change, project management, service design, innovation and social enterprise. With a diverse skill set in social services, Kathryn is passionate about supporting people to explore their potential, build capability, reflect on practice, and listen for shared understanding to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.

Richard Hutchinson
Executive Manager - Finance & Corporate Services
Richard joined Warrah in May 2025 and leads Finance, Property, Procurement, IT, and Fleet Management. A qualified CPA, he holds a Bachelor of Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University. Richard brings broad experience across IT, healthcare, and education, having worked in small business, medium enterprises, and ASX-listed companies including Telstra. He is passionate about using technology and innovation to solve complex challenges and foster inclusive collaboration. Richard has also contributed to several not-for-profits, including Sydney Adventist Hospital, The Health Roundtable, St Edmund’s College, and St Gabriel’s School. A committed Servant Leader, he empowers others to succeed and values meaningful, productive professional relationships.
