Jason Lim
General Manager
Jason joined Warrah in April 2021. Jason brings to Warrah a career that is extensive across the not for profit community services sector, including health, accommodation, education, employment, vocational learning, community initiatives and lifestyle support. Jason also has experience working at a Kindergarten-Year 12 independent school. In his earlier career he held senior level finance positions in the commercial sector. Jason is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jason also holds the position of Company Secretary for Warrah.

David Forfar
Executive Manager - Disability Services
David joined Warrah in 2013. He has over 20 years’ experience in the disability sector, working in the industry since 1994. David’s background includes leadership roles across various disability services, Home and Community Care Services (HACC), Case Management, and Project Management. David has worked in both the Central West and Orana Far West regions of NSW.

Alida Pruys
Executive Manager - Community Services
Alida has a long association with Warrah and early in her career worked as a residential support worker in Warrah’s group homes. Returning to Warrah in 2015 she established and coordinated the Discovery program before becoming a member of Warrah’s management team. Alida has over 20 years experience in the disability sector, predominantly working in case management and leadership roles in organisations inspired by Anthroposophy. She has undertaken training in Social Therapy and holds Disability and Management qualifications.
Alida is a committed and passionate advocate for the rights of people with a disability.

Anna Hay
Executive Manager - People and Culture

Jan Fowler
School Principal and Executive
Jan joined Warrah as the School Principal in 2015. She has a broad background across teaching, educational administration, counselling and community development in Anthroposophical institutions as well as others in Australia and internationally. She is a member of Mira Companions, an international consultancy working in organisational development.
