This Christmas, we need your help to protect the people who rely on Warrah.

At Warrah, we provide a safe, nurturing home for people with disabilities, offering them a place to grow, thrive, and belong. Nestled in the serene bushland of Dural, our location is a source of peace and inspiration—but it also places us in a high-risk bushfire zone.

This Christmas, we need your help to protect the people who rely on Warrah.

Why Your Support Matters
Many of our residences are located within the Flame Zone — a high-risk areas for bushfires. This makes fire safety an essential priority for our community of residents, participants, students, and staff.

Your donation will directly fund:

  • External sprinkler systems for all residences.
  • Additional fire hydrant points for better emergency access.
  • Water tanks to supply critical resources in emergencies.
  • Bush sprinklers along the property edge to create a protective barrier.

When I spoke with Ross, a parent whose daughter Jenni has lived at Warrah for over 40 years, his words captured the heart of our mission:

“My wife and I are in our 80s, and knowing Jenni is safe at Warrah gives us immense peace of mind. The friendships she’s built here are like family, and the care she receives allows us to sleep easier. But the bushfire risk is a constant worry. Warrah is her home, and protecting it is protecting her future.”

This heartfelt sentiment is why we’re asking for your support this Christmas—to protect our community and give families like Ross’s the peace of mind they deserve.

Your Impact

Every gift, big or small, makes a difference:

  • $100 – Helps install sprinkler systems for one home.
  • $250 – Contributes to water tank upgrades for better fire safety
  • Other amounts – Every dollar brings us closer to a safer Warrah.
